A rush of activity! Alumni are coming and gathering around all types of occasions.

Wowsers! After two years of lockdowns and uncertainty, our lives feel like they have gone into hyper drive as everything recommences all at once. The second half of this year in particular sees reunions gaining great momentum, and the opportunity to gather around some other great events celebrating 150 years since the College first began at this site in Warrnambool. If your year level is celebrating a milestone this year - check the dates for your reunion by linking here.

The Emmanuel Alumni Network has been invaluable in the support they have been providing the College in our alumni programming. Whether it be speaking at and attending events, to providing guidance on which way we go next, they never hesitate to answer any questions as they are thrown at them. I thank them wholeheartedly for their support. (See Regina Cassidy below speaking at the Generations Breakfast)

As the group continues to discuss future plans, we would like to get broader input from our alumni. We encourage you to complete this online survey, so we can get an updated picture on what we are doing well, and where we need to improve or become more relevant.  Link via image below.

Big thanks!

I’d also like to take this opportunity to highlight and thank Class of 2017’s Tayne McDonald for dropping-in during his short stay in the South West. He spoke to multiple groups of students about his experiences working as a stockman in remote central Queensland.

As always, don’t hesitate to get in touch to let us know about your classmates that are doing or working on something interesting - we all love hearing their stories.

Stay in touch,

Candice Hampstead | Alumni Coordinator
