Scholarships

Our Scholarships Programme provides opportunities for talented and deserving students from all walks of life to access the exceptional educational experience available at Emmanuel College. Inclusion and diversity are at the heart of Emmanuel values and our scholarship program enables us to increase access for the Warrnambool and district community and enrich diversity at the College.

Your gift to our Scholarships Program will ensure the College remains an inclusive environment, welcoming young people from all walks of life who share our commitment to excellence.

Our Scholarship Program covers several considerations:

• For many students, financial considerations present a significant barrier to accessing an Emmanuel College education. Scholarships create opportunities for students who would otherwise be unable to attend Emmanuel College. Gifts of all sizes help unlock the potential of students from all walks of life.
• Designed to foster diversity within our student body and promote a culture that celebrates aspiration and achievement across disciplines, our scholarships are awarded to talented individuals who excel in their endeavours.

Gifts of $2 or more are tax deductible.

Buildings and Grounds

Buildings and grounds contribute to the quality of the learning environment in which our students learn. By supporting this philanthropic area, you help provide contemporary, purpose-built buildings and grounds that play a crucial part in igniting learning and curiosity.

As the world rapidly changes, so does the need for a shift in how we exchange and assimilate knowledge. Contemporary, purpose-built facilities are crucial to the success of student learning. By giving to our Buildings and Grounds pillar, you are contributing to the exceptional spaces that support inspired teaching and learning across the college.

The projects within the Emmanuel College Buildings Masterplan developed in 2012, reviewed in 2018 and renewed in 2021 will result in the continued opportunity for the College’s innovative educators to deliver the education Emmanuel students deserve. But we know through experience we cannot rely on government funding to provide the infrastructure to facilitate this need. Your contribution is critical to enable the College to deliver the programs that develop the skills and qualities required to prepare students for continuous and rapid change in the world.

It is thanks to the generosity of people from across the college community that current students benefit from our outstanding learning facilities. More than $2 million was recently raised to support the building of our world-class Emmanuel Centre.
