Portals

Parents are encouraged to submit an application for enrolment as soon as possible for Year 7 in 2027 and beyond.

Enquiries about applying for enrolment in all year levels are welcome and College Tours can be booked at any time throughout the year.

Please contact Ms Jo-Anne Nelson, College Registrar, for all enrolment enquiries, email registrar@emmanuel.vic.edu.au or phone 03 5560 0888.

Applications for enrolment are to be completed online. If you need any assistance with the online application process, please contact the College Registrar Ms Jo-Anne Nelson.

The $100 application fee is charged at the time of submitting the application. The payment of the application fee do not assume that an offer of enrolment will be made.

The Application Fee is non-refundable, however is credited against future fees if the student is enrolled at the College. In the event that a place is not able to be offered, this fee will be refunded. However in the event that you change your mind and decide not to accept an offer of enrolment, the fee is non-refundable.

If your application is successful, you will be emailed a Letter of Enrolment Offer. If there are more applications than places available, the College has an Enrolment Policy in place, whereby a series of criteria is followed in order to prioritise the allocation of places. Academic achievement is not a factor prioritised in the Enrolment Policy. Link to Emmanuel College's Enrolment Policy here.

Unsuccessful applications will also be notified by email.

Complete the online enrolment offer to accept the offer. In order to accept the place offered, you will need to pay an Acceptance Fee of $100.

The Acceptance Fee is charged to all prospective students at Emmanuel College, and is charged at the time a place is offered.

The Acceptance Fee is non-refundable and will also be credited to your College fee account. In the event that you change your mind and decide that your child will not start school at Emmanuel College, the fee is non-refundable.

The enrolment fee was introduced to discourage non-genuine applicants from proceeding with the enrolment process. This should help to shorten waiting lists and give serious applicants the chance of a faster offer of enrolment, which will enable both the prospective students and the College to plan for the year ahead.

If the payment of application fees presents any hardship, please do not hesitate to contact the Principal Ms Rachel McGennisken

Please contact our Registrar, Ms Jo-Anne Nelson, who will guide you through the enrolment process.
