Planning a unique event

We think it is important that each year level is able to hold an event that suits the group’s interests. So each year we invite volunteers from the year level to lead the event, making the event customisable for the group. There isn’t a lot of work involved for volunteers in creating a successful event, and they needn’t be experienced in event planning. We just need organisers to be enthusiastic to bring everyone together!

Emmanuel College supports alumni event organisers by offering the following supports:

  • Providing and maintaining class lists and contact details
  • College Tours
  • Planning advice and support
  • Invitations & other advertising
  • Meeting coordination and documentation
  • Event photography
  • Administration
