It was a real pleasure to welcome back so many members of the Class of 1975 on May 3 for their 50-year reunion. The weekend kicked off with a relaxed meet and greet at the local pub on Friday evening — a perfect chance for early arrivals and locals recovering from the May Racing Carnival to reconnect.
Saturday brought perfect weather, setting the scene for a tour of the College grounds. As alumni explored familiar hallways and newly added spaces, memories came flooding back. Laughter echoed through classrooms as stories of teachers, classmates, and long-retired classroom rituals were shared. Sewing lessons, boarding life, and cheeky antics emerged as recurring themes, sparking warm smiles and lively conversations.
The celebration continued into the evening as the St Ann’s girls and CBC boys gathered at the Hotel Warrnambool for the main event. It was a night filled with laughter, heartfelt moments, and a deep sense of shared history — a fitting tribute to five decades of friendship and connection.
