Are you seeking a workplace that is vibrant, creative and has a real sense of community? Emmanuel College is one of the fastest growing schools in the Ballarat Diocese - a great vote of confidence from the local community.
The College has a 2013 enrolment of approximately 1,270 students. Students are based on three campuses - all within a short walk of each other.
The College is inviting applications for the following position to commence in Term 3.
Emmanuel College seeks a qualified, full-time Teacher Librarian registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching, for a replacement position until December 20, 2013, with the possibility of permanency. Registration to teach in a Catholic School would be a definite advantage. The Learning Resource Centre is a busy and vibrant centre of learning at the College and we are seeking a dynamic team member to join this busy environment.
The College is situated in Warrnambool, located at the end of the Great Ocean Road in Victoria's Western District. In the tradition of the Sisters of Mercy and Edmund Rice Education Australia, Emmanuel has been educating students since 1872. Our mission is to encourage our students to develop to their full potential and make a positive contribution to their community.
CRT teachers comment that they love to spend time in our College because of the great team environment and the generally respectful relationships between students and staff members. Our staff members really support each other with: sharing of information and resources; mentoring and social opportunities. Emmanuel College really is a great place to work.
Applications must be submitted by 4.00pm on Monday 3 June by email to: Nikki Williams, Principal's Secretary.
